We had a lovely stay at this hotel near the train station. The staff was very helpful, and the modern and spacious room provided us with a feeling of security and comfort. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional.

Had an amazing Xmas stay. The 1st best aspect was the modern and clean facilities; the huge bathroom and comfortable beds were so cozy. the hotel's location gives you a feeling of security and comfort away from the chaos of the streets, and the proximity to the railway station made it easy for us to get in and out of the city. Lastly, the staff was polite and welcoming; they made us feel at home.

There was a language barrier, which made communication quite tricky. It was tough to communicate with the staff who spoke very little English.

My weekend stay at this hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, making it easy to buy things needed for the trip. Plus, the hotel had a delicious buffet with a variety of dishes to choose from.

The noise from outside as the windows were not soundproof. However, the hotel's location next to the central railway station was amazing as it made it easy to explore the city's attractions on foot.

The staff were helpful, spoke English, and provided good service. The hotel is close to the Guilin Central railway station and within walking distance of boat cruises, lakes, and rivers. The rooms are modern and clean, and the air conditioning is effective. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

Everything was fantastic.
